Resort Cancellation Policy: 48 Hours – One night room and tax will be billed if cancellation is received within 48 hours prior to check-in (excludes advance purchase rates).

Guests must be 25 years of age and older to check-in.

A valid credit must be presented at time of check-in. |

For the convenience of our guests, a Shuttle Service operates from the Resort with one stop downtown between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. |

There is a $20 parking fee each day which will be charged to guests for valet or self parking in our garage. Guests may self park in our garage only.

The Resort is a Non-Smoking facility. If a guest smokes in their room, a charge of $250 will be assessed in order to cover the cost of extensively cleaning the room.

All items provided in the rooms are for our guest's use while staying at the Resort. If items are removed from the room by guests or their visitors, they will be charged to the guest's credit card. |

No pets allowed. Unfortunately the Resort cannot invite your pets to accompany you during your stay with us. |

Boats are not allowed on the beach. You may not pull your boat onto our beach. |
